2. Eligibility

4. Fees and Payments
- Full payment is required before gaining access to a course.

5. Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If a refund request is made within 48 hours of payment and the course has not been accessed.
- Partial Refund: A refund of 50% may be granted if the request is made within 7 days and less than 20% of the course has been completed.
- No Refund: Refunds will not be issued after 7 days of course access or for completed courses.

6. Certificates and Assessments

- Convade Education reserves the right to deny a certificate if academic dishonesty is suspected.

- Participate actively and respectfully.
- Avoid any form of plagiarism or cheating.
- Not share or distribute course content without permission.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal.
8. Intellectual Property
All course content (videos, PDFs, quizzes, designs, etc.) is the intellectual property of Convade Education and its instructors. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection support access to our online courses.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with Nigeria’s Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and international standards (e.g., GDPR where applicable).
- We collect minimal data necessary for course delivery, communication, and certification.

11. Modifications

12. Dispute Resolution
- We encourage informal resolution via email communication within 7 business days.
- If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, preferably within Lagos jurisdiction.
- If mediation fails, parties may escalate to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria.

Convade Education is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or business success.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of any terms, unethical conduct, or misuse of the platform.
